4. Employment Tribunal Claim of the Former Chief Executive.

• Councillor Wynne David - Personal and Prejudicial - Councillor Wynne David declared a personal and prejduicial interest on the basis that the former Chief Executive made a complaint to the Public Services Ombudsman for Wales in December 2019, which caused Cllr David great upset. The complaint was declined and not investigated but Cllr David felt that as a result he was prejudiced against Mr O Sullivan and left the meeting at this point.

7. 21st Century Schools and Education Band B Programme - Statutory Objection Report For Trinity Fields School.

• Councillor Wynne David - Personal and Prejudicial - A a relative and close friend is the Vice President of Penallta Ruby Club, also his son has written a letter supporting the some of the objectors views. Cllr. W. David left the meeting when the item was discussed.
