5. Housing Revenue Account Rent Policy Review.

• Councillor James Pritchard - Personal and Prejudicial - Councillor J. Pritchard declared a personal and prejudicial interest, as family members are Council tenants, and as such left the meeting during consideration of this item.

7. Housing Revenue Account Rent Policy Review.

• Councillor James Pritchard - Personal and Prejudicial - Cllr. J. Pritchard declared a personal and prejudicial interest in relation to Agenda Item No. 7 - Housing Revenue Account Rent Policy Review in that his grandparents are council tenants and as such he would leave the meeting when the item was considered and take no part in the debate and vote.

6. Housing Revenue Account Charges - 2023/2024.

• Councillor James Pritchard - Personal - Councillor J. Pritchard declared a personal interest in that his Grandmother and Aunt are Council tenants. As this was a personal interest only there was no requirement for him to leave the meeting and he could take full part in the debate and vote.
