• Councillor Haydn Pritchard - Personal - Councillor H. Pritchard declared a personal interest as a Member of a Community Council. As this was a personal interest only there was no requirement for him to leave the meeting and he could take full part in the debate and vote.

• Councillor Haydn Pritchard - Personal - Cllr H Pritchard declared a personal interest only on Agenda item 9 Allocation Criteria For Artificial Sports Pitches and The Ystrad Mynach Centre For Sporting Excellence, in that he was a Member of a Committee for a local football team. As this was a personal interest only there was no requirement for him to leave the meeting and he could take full part in the debate and vote.
