• Councillor Sean Morgan - Personal - All Councillors declared a personal interest only as the report relates to the payment of salaries and allowances for elected members.

8. Enforcement & Compliance Of The Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards In Private Rented Domestic Properties (MEES) Procedure.

• Councillor Sean Morgan - Personal and Prejudicial - Cllr S. Morgan declared a personal and prejudicial interest in relation to Agenda Item No. 8 - Enforcement & Compliance Of The Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards In Private Rented Domestic Properties (MEES) Procedure in that he is a private sector landlord and as such he would leave the meeting when the item was considered and take no part in the debate and vote.
