• Councillor Julian Simmonds - Personal - All Councillors declared a personal interest only as the report relates to the payment of salaries and allowances for elected members.

4. Blackwood Miners' Institute Update Report.

• Councillor Julian Simmonds - Personal - Cllr J Simmonds declared a personal interest in relation to Agenda Item No. 4 - Blackwood Miners' Institute Update Report in that his wife is a member of the Blackwood Miners Theatre and Operatic Society, as this was a personal interest only, in the context of the present report, there was no requirement for him to leave the meeting and he could take full part in the debate and vote.
