6. Community Review - Draft Proposals.
- Councillor Steve Skivens - Personal - Councillor S. Skivens declared a personal interest as a Member of a Community Council. As this was a personal interest only there was no requirement for him to leave the meeting and he could take full part in the debate and vote.

7. Update on the Progress and Evaluation of Caerphilly Cares and Employee Volunteering Scheme.
- Councillor Steve Skivens - Personal - Councillor S. Skivens declared a person interest as he is a Trustee of Citizens Advice Bureau, Blaenau Gwent. As this was a personal interest only there was no requirement for him to leave the meeting and he could take full part in the debate and vote.
