9. Annual Report of the Director of Social Services and Housing for 2022/23.

  • Councillor Donna Cushing - Personal - Councillor D. Cushing declared a personal interest as a close family member receives social care. As this was a personal interest only there was no requirement for her to leave the meeting and she could take full part in the debate.

7. Update on the Progress and Evaluation of Caerphilly Cares and Employee Volunteering Scheme.

  • Councillor Marina Chacon-Dawson - Personal - Councillor M. Chacon-Dawson declared a personal interest as she is married to someone who works for GAVO. As this was a personal interest only there was no requirement for her to leave the meeting and she could take full part in the debate and vote.
  • Councillor Steve Skivens - Personal - Councillor S. Skivens declared a person interest as he is a Trustee of Citizens Advice Bureau, Blaenau Gwent. As this was a personal interest only there was no requirement for him to leave the meeting and he could take full part in the debate and vote.

10. Federation of Schools.

  • Councillor Charlotte Bishop - Personal - Councillor C. Bishop declared a personal interest in that she is a school governor at one of the schools affected. As this was a personal interest only there was no requirement for her to leave the meeting and she could take full part in the debate.

9. Federation of Schools - Cwmaber Infants School and Cwmaber Junior School.

  • Councillor Charlotte Bishop - Prejudicial - Councillor C. Bishop declared a prejudicial interest in that she is a school governor at one of the schools affected. As this was a prejudicial interest Councillor C. Bishop left the meeting and did not take part in the debate.
