7. Sport and Active Recreation Strategy (SARS) Implementation.

  • Councillor Dawn Ingram-Jones - Personal - Councillr Ingram-Jones declared a personal declaration of interest on agenda item 7 as her project is funded by Families First.

4. Housing Revenue Account Charges - 2024/2025.

  • Councillor Amanda McConnell - Personal and Prejudicial - Councillor A. McConnell declared a personal and prejudicial declaration of interest on agenda item 4 due to being a Caerphilly County Borough Council Contract Holder.
  • Councillor Robert Edward Chapman - Personal - Councillor R. Chapman declared a personal declaration of interest only as a close family member is a Caerphilly County Borough Council Contract Holder.

9. Allocation Criteria For Artificial Sports Pitches and The Ystrad Mynach Centre For Sporting Excellence.

  • Councillor Haydn Pritchard - Personal - Cllr H Pritchard declared a personal interest only on Agenda item 9 Allocation Criteria For Artificial Sports Pitches and The Ystrad Mynach Centre For Sporting Excellence, in that he was a Member of a Committee for a local football team. As this was a personal interest only there was no requirement for him to leave the meeting and he could take full part in the debate and vote.

  • Councillor Charlotte Bishop - Personal - Cllr C Bishop declared a personal interest only on Agenda item 10 Food Standards Agency Audit Of The Caerphilly Food Law Enforcement Services, in that she worked at a café. As this was a personal interest only there was no requirement for her to leave the meeting and he could take full part in the debate and vote.
