7. Housing Revenue Account Rent Policy Review.
- Councillor Carol Andrews - Personal and Prejudicial - Cllr C. Andrews declared a personal and prejudicial interest in relation to Agenda Item No. 7 - Housing Revenue Account Rent Policy Review in that her father is a council tenant and as such she would leave the meeting when the item was considered and take no part in the debate and vote.
- Councillor James Pritchard - Personal and Prejudicial - Cllr. J. Pritchard declared a personal and prejudicial interest in relation to Agenda Item No. 7 - Housing Revenue Account Rent Policy Review in that his grandparents are council tenants and as such he would leave the meeting when the item was considered and take no part in the debate and vote.

Stenner declared a personal and prejudicial interest in relation to Agenda Item No. 8 - Enforcement & Compliance Of The Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards In Private Rented Domestic Properties (MEES) Procedure in that she is private sector landlord and as such she would leave the meeting when the item was considered and take no part in the debate and vote.

- Councillor Carol Andrews - Personal - Councillor Andrews declared a personal interest only in that her Husband and other Family Members work for the local authority. As this was a personal interest only there was no requirement for her to leave the meeting and she could take full part in the debate and vote.

6. Housing Revenue Account Charges - 2023/2024.
- Councillor Carol Andrews - Personal - Councillor C. Andrews declared a person interest only in that her Father (for whom she had power of attourney) is a Council Tenant. As this was a personal interest only there was no requirement for her to leave the meeting and she could take full part in the debate and vote.
- Councillor Eluned Stenner - Personal - Councillor E. Stenner declared a personal interest in that her Brother-in-Law rents a Council garage. As this was a personal interest only there was no requirement for her to leave the meeting and she could take full part in the debate and vote.
- Councillor James Pritchard - Personal - Councillor J. Pritchard declared a personal interest in that his Grandmother and Aunt are Council tenants. As this was a personal interest only there was no requirement for him to leave the meeting and he could take full part in the debate and vote.
- Councillor Nigel George - Personal - Councillor N. George declared a personal interest only in that he rents a Council garage. As such there was no requirement for him to leave the meeting and he could take full part in the debate and vote.

8. Welsh Government Retail, Leisure and Hospitality Rate Relief Scheme 2023/24.
- Councillor Sean Morgan - Personal and Prejudicial - Councillor Sean Morgan declared a personal and prejudicial interest in that he owns 2 commercial properties as such he left the meeting when the item was discussed and took no part in the debate and vote.
