- Councillor Nigel George - Personal - All Councillors declared a personal interest only as the report relates to the payment of salaries and allowances for elected members.

6. Housing Revenue Account Charges - 2023/2024.
- Councillor Nigel George - Personal - Councillor N. George declared a personal interest only in that he rents a Council garage. As such there was no requirement for him to leave the meeting and he could take full part in the debate and vote.
