• Councillor Sean Morgan - Personal and Prejudicial - The Leader of Council, Councillor S. Morgan declared a personal and prejudicial interest in relation to Agenda Item No. 10 Welsh Government Retail, Leisure and Hospitality Rate Relief Scheme 2024/2025 in that he is the owner of a commercial premises which could benefit from the hospitality rate relief. As such he left the meeting when the item was discussed and took no part in the debate or vote.
