 Declarations of interest for agenda item '21st Century Schools and Education Band B Programme - Statutory Objection Report for Trinity Fields School.'

• Councillor Mrs Lisa Phipps - - Councillor Lisa Phipps declared a personal and prejudicial interest as a close friend’s child plays for Penallta RFC and left the meeting during its consideration. A declaration was also made at the Policy Development Meeting held on the 4th March 2021 and Cllr Phipps withdrew from the meeting whilst Trinity Fields was discussed.
