 Declarations of interest for agenda item 'Employment Tribunal Claim of the Former Chief Executive.'

• Councillor David Vincent Poole - Personal and Prejudicial - Councillor Poole declated a personal and prejudical interest as he had given evidence to the Designated Independent Person as part of the internal investigation process.
• Councillor Wynne David - Personal and Prejudicial - Councillor Wynne David declared a personal and prejduicial interest on the basis that the former Chief Executive made a complaint to the Public Services Ombudsman for Wales in December 2019, which caused Cllr David great upset. The complaint was declined and not investigated but Cllr David felt that as a result he was prejudiced against Mr O Sullivan and left the meeting at this point.
