• Councillor Lindsay Geoffrey Whittle - Personal - During the course of the meeting Cllr. L. Whittle declared a personal interest in relation to agenda item number 7, as Chair of the Aber Valley Heritage Group. As such there was no requirement for him to leave the meeting.
