• Councillor John Ridgewell - Personal and Prejudicial - Councillor Ridgewell declared a personal and prejudicial interest as the Applicant's Agent is know to him in that they are both representatives on the Fields in Trust Board and have previously worked together. He left the meeting when the item was discussed and took no part in the debate or decision.
• Councillor Mike Adams - Personal and Prejudicial - Councillor Adams declared a personal and prejudicial interest in that he lives in close proximity to the application site and could therefore be perceived as being directly impacted by it. He left the meeting when the application was discussed and took no part in the debate or decision.
