• Councillor John Ridgewell - Personal and Prejudicial - Following the Statement from the Applicant's Agent - Councillor Ridgewell declared a personal and prejudicial interest as the Applicant's Agent is know to him in that they are both representative on the Fields in Trust Board and have previously worked together. He left the meeting at this point and took no further part in the matter.
• Councillor Mike Adams - Personal and Prejudicial - Councillor Adams declared a personal and prejudicial interest in that he lives in close proximity to the application site and could therefore be perceived as being directly impacted by it. He left the meeting when the application was discussed and took no part in the debate or decision.
