• Councillor Brenda Miles - Personal and Prejudicial - Councillor Miles declared a personal and prejudcial interest as she lives on Shingrin Road, Nelson in close proximity to the application site and as such could be perceived as being directly effected by it. She left the meeting when the application was discussed and took no part in the debate or decision.
