 Declarations of interest for agenda item 'Land for sale at Pontymister Industrial Estate.'

• Councillor Bob Owen - Prejudicial - Declared a Prejudicial Interest in that he and his wife own a commercial property on Tredegar Street, Risca, which is currentlly vacant but re-leased as a Cafe from November 1st 2019. Not being a Member of the Scrutiny Committee but having received permission from the Chair to speak on the item, following his presentation left the meeting room and was not present for debate.
