To receive apologies for absence. Minutes: An apology for
absence was received from Councillor A. Whitcombe, it was noted that Councillor
J. Simmonds was attending as substitute. |

Declarations of Interest. Minutes: There were no declarations of interest. |

Public Interest Test. Minutes: Members considered the Public Interest Test from
the Proper Officer and concluded that on balance the public interest in
maintaining the exemption outweighed the public interest in disclosing the
information and it was:- RESOLVED that in
accordance with Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972 the public be excluded
from the remainder of the meeting because of the likely disclosure to them of
exempt information as identified in paragraph 12 of Part 4 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972. |

To Interview Candidates for the Post of Head of Regeneration and Planning. Minutes: Following the formal interviews of candidates and due consideration, it
was moved and seconded that no appointment be offered for the post of Head
Regeneration and Planning and by show of hands this was unanimously agreed. RESOLVED that no appointment be offered for
the post of Head of Regeneration and Planning. The meeting closed at 1.13pm. |
