Meetings, agendas and minutes

In order to allow the Council’s decision making and scrutiny processes to be open, transparent and easily accessible we publish as much information as possible. There will be some limited instances when reports cannot be published as they contain ‘exempt’ information such as personal or commercially sensitive data. That said, these reports are limited in number as the vast majority of committee documents are publically available. Committee documents such as agendas, reports and minutes can be found in the following ways:

Calendar of meetings

This shows a diary of past and future council meetings, displays the title of council committees in date order and gives direct access to committee agendas, reports and minutes.

Search Documents

Individual committee documents can be found using this function. Committee documents such as agendas, reports and minutes can be found by searching by title, date, name of committee etc.
