• Councillor Brenda Miles - Personal and Prejudicial - Councillor B. Miles declared a personal and prejudicial interest as a family member owns land which is leased for quarrying (i.e. they are the landlord) and could be perceived as a competitor of the applicant. She left the meeting when the application was discussed and took no part in the debate or decision.
