• Councillor Andrew Whitcombe - Personal and Prejudicial - Councillor Whitcombe declared a personal and prejudical interest as local residents in objection to the application have spoken to him privately about the application and as such felt he could be viewed as having a closed mind, he left the chamber when the application was discussed.
