• Councillor Mrs Barbara Avril Jones - Personal - I am a LEA Governor at St James and St Ceyndd Primary Schools. As this was a personal interest only there was no requirement to leave the meeting.
• Councillor Mrs Lisa Phipps - Prejudicial - Declared a personal and prejudicial interest as sister works at YGCR and 3 nieces that attend the school and left the meeting when the item was discussed.
• Councillor Nigel George - Personal - LA Governor of 2 schools mentioned in the report. As this was a personal interest only there was no requirement to leave the meeting.
