• Councillor Colin Gordon - Personal and Prejudicial - As Chair of the Investigating and Disciplinary Committee I left the meeting before the item was discussed.
• Councillor D. Tudor Davies MBE - Personal and Prejudicial - As a Member of the Investigating and Disciplinary Committee and for personal reasons I left the Chamber before the matter was discussed.
• Councillor Mike Adams - Personal - Made comments regarding some of the above claims when sitting as Chair of IDC in July 2018.
