Declarations of Interest. Minutes: Councillor W. David sought advice in relation to the need to
declare an interest as the Head Teacher of the school associated with this
application was a close relative, however the applicant was not known to him.
The Head of People Services advised that as the applicant was not know to him
and was employed by the Infrastructure Division not the school there was no
need to declare but this was a matter for the individual member. Councillor W. David wished it to be noted that he declared a personal but not prejudicial interest for the reason stated. |
